eole Stock (2334): Price, Board Talking Points and Outlook
eole (TSE: 2334) is a Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth-market services company that for years ran the group-messaging service Rakuraku Renrakumou and an HR advertising platform. Since 2025 it has reinvented itself twice over: first entering GPU-server sales and AI-datacenter work in May 2025, then bolting on a Bitcoin treasury program in the autumn — funded by a moving-strike warrant raise — followed by a crypto-lending service in December. The stock spiked and crashed along the way, and in July 2026 the company broadened its mandate from Bitcoin to digital assets in general. This page summarizes the message-board talking points as of July 2026, the business and its crypto position, and how to read the stock.

Board and community talking points
eole's Yahoo Finance Japan board is busy for a small cap. The recurring themes observed as of July 2026:
- A credibility gap on the AI-datacenter story. Posts question why AI-datacenter disclosures no longer move the stock — noting that in earlier phases of the AI trade, a datacenter announcement alone was enough to send small caps soaring — and ask whether the market simply does not believe the story.
- The 2025 whiplash. The run-up in the summer of 2025, the stop-low on the September warrant announcement, and the slide that followed are reportedly retold on the board and in board-summary blogs.
- Margin overhang and information quality. Some posters reportedly worry about heavy margin-buying balances, and others voice distrust rooted in past episodes of unverified information. These are observed board views, not our assessment.
The business and its Bitcoin and crypto position
The legacy business still operates: Rakuraku Renrakumou plus HR ad-tech, which launched an AI recruiting service, AdOLE.ai, for Indeed on April 14, 2026, and announced a tie-up with the medical job site Iryo no Tobira on May 21, 2026.
The pivot came in stages through 2025. On May 21 the company announced entry into GPU-server sales and AI-datacenter work. On September 9 it announced a warrant-based raise reported at roughly ¥15.6–16.0 billion, with SBI Securities as the lead allocatee and the proceeds earmarked for Bitcoin purchases via SBI VC Trade — an announcement the market answered with a stop-low. The first Bitcoin purchase followed on October 7 (10.666 BTC, about ¥200 million). On October 16 it unveiled a "Neo Crypto Bank" concept; note that 50% of the entity behind it was transferred to J-CAM on November 17, making it a joint venture concept rather than a wholly owned, licensed bank. On December 26 it launched a crypto-lending service, Rakuraku Chocoin.
Holdings grew stepwise: about 77.54 BTC as of December 5, 2025, and about 168.5 BTC reported after an additional purchase on January 30, 2026, with further buys disclosed in February. A crypto valuation loss (non-operating) was booked on February 13, 2026. No clean mid-2026 total has been published in the sources we reviewed — check the company's TDnet disclosures for the latest figure. On July 16, 2026 the company changed its use of proceeds from Bitcoin to digital assets generally (an allocation of about ¥11.99 billion has been reported) and announced a CBO appointment the same day. A July 2026 AI-datacenter partnership with ShinEnergy Development and a March 2026 investment of $5 million in the AI firm Anthropic via an SPV have also been reported.
Crucially, the company is profitable: FY3/2026 net profit was ¥1.27 billion (announced May 15, 2026), a ten-period high and a return to the black. This is not a distressed shell that pivoted out of desperation.
How to read the stock
Start with the mechanics: a 10-for-1 forward split took effect on November 13, 2025, so every pre-split price must be divided by ten. The 2025 melt-up reportedly peaked around ¥990 split-adjusted (above ¥9,900 pre-split), before the September 12 stop-low at ¥590 adjusted. In 2026 the range has been ¥328 (March 23 low) to ¥688 (June 22 high), with a July 17 close of ¥505, down 8.35% that day. Market cap is about ¥21.6 billion, forward PER about 16x, PBR 5.93x.
Context matters for that July 17 print: it landed mid-selloff, as a US-origin semiconductor rout knocked the Nikkei down 2,694 points to 64,141 on July 17 — the fifth-largest point drop on record. Bulls point to a profitable core business carrying two live themes, Bitcoin and AI datacenters; bears point to warrant dilution, the margin overhang, and a market that has yet to trust the disclosures. This page sets no price target. The next scheduled catalyst is Q1 earnings expected around mid-August 2026 (confirm the date with company IR), along with any new digital-asset purchase disclosures under the broadened July mandate.
Trading Bitcoin on WEEX
One core theme in eole's story is exposure to Bitcoin. To own the shares themselves, the standard route is a Japanese brokerage account. To trade the underlying asset that drives the theme — Bitcoin — you can use WEEX, via futures (leverage, long or short) or on the spot market. See the how to buy Bitcoin guide and the WEEX market listings. WEEX offers Bitcoin and other crypto assets — not the Japanese equity or any proxy for it.
