Institutions Withdraw from XRP, ETF Funds Report Declines

The situation in the cryptocurrency market is challenging, and experts predict further declines. XRP, despite holding above one dollar, may struggle to maintain this level. In recent weeks, XRP spot ETF funds have shown concerning signals. Last week, only one day recorded a positive capital flow. Two ETFs, Franklin (XRPZ) and Bitwise (XRP), attracted $2.38 million and $4.41 million respectively, while other funds saw no inflows. The previous week, 21Shares (TOXR) recorded a modest inflow of $107,380, with three sessions ending with zero flow. The withdrawal of institutions and whales may suggest a threat to the XRP price, which could fall below one dollar. The market capitalization of XRP ETFs is around $1.4 billion, while the total capitalization of Ripple is $68.21 billion. Although ETFs represent a small portion of the market, the lack of institutional activity may lead to sell-offs by smaller investors.
